Mr. Kennedy is an attorney specializing in criminal defense with a focus on DWI litigation. He began his career managing the criminal practice caseload for a well-respected Plaintiff's attorney in St. Louis. During his five years of practice, Mr. Kennedy has handled countless cases from arrest to final disposition. These cases include offenses ranging in seriousness from stop sign violations to manslaughter.

After acquiring the necessary trial and management skills, Mr. Kennedy opened his own practice in October of 2015. His central focus is defending and preserving the rights of the accused while achieving the best possible result for his clients. Whether that result is fashioned through a guilty plea or jury trial, Mr. Kennedy has the requisite experience. An additional focus of the firm is to provide outstanding customer service. No client whether current or prospective, should have to wait days to reach an attorney.

Mr. Kennedy is a resident of St. Louis City and was born and raised in Glendale, a suburb of St. Louis County.
